1. Who we are

Creative Services Studio is the US-facing brand of Servicios Creativos, a software studio based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, which is responsible for your personal information.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information. Please don’t send health, financial or third-party data through the form.

• What you give us in the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and your project message.
• Request details: project type, preferred language, the page you wrote from and, if you arrived from a campaign, its parameters (utm, gclid and similar).
• Minimal technical data: browser and a one-way hash derived from your IP address (we do not store the IP itself), to prevent abuse.
• Only if you accept: analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and, when enabled, advertising pixels. If you decline, they never load.

3. How we use it

• To answer your message, prepare a quote or proposal and schedule calls.
• To follow up on any business relationship that results from your request.
• To send you a single confirmation email.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
• With your consent only: to measure site usage and the effectiveness of our campaigns.

4. We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell your personal information and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals: when your browser sends them, no analytics or advertising tags are loaded.

5. Service providers

• Hosting and network: our own servers at Akamai/Linode, and Cloudflare (US).
• Transactional email: Resend (US).
• Internal notifications: Telegram, to alert our team of a new request.
• Scheduling: Cal.com, if you choose to book a call (governed by its own policy).
• Analytics, only with your consent: Google (US).

6. Retention

We keep request data for as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 20 business days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

You can change your cookie choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

8. Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with the date of the update.
