Straight answers, with sources
Every guide answers one question in its first paragraph, shows the numbers with the source and the date we checked them, and says when the honest answer is “it depends” and on what. Written by the engineers who do the work. General information, not legal or tax advice.
These guides exist because the questions people type into a search box or ask an assistant deserve a real answer, not a form. Each one opens with the answer in forty to sixty words, continues with the detail, and lists the sources we used with the date we accessed them. When a figure comes from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Florida Senate or Mexico's tax authority, we link the official page; when it comes from our own published prices, we say so.
On cost: what custom software costs in 2026, with our published prices as the reference point, and what a senior developer costs in Miami compared with a nearshore engineer in Mexico, built from BLS wage data. On hiring models: nearshore, offshore or a local hire, compared on cost, hours and risk. On industries: what software freight forwarders actually use and where the gaps are. On rules and requirements: what the Florida Statutes say about condominium and HOA websites, what Mexico's official sources say about e-invoicing (CFDI 4.0), and what white-label development agreements commonly contain. Those three quote the law from official sources with the date we consulted it; they are general information, not legal or tax advice, so check with your attorney or accountant before acting on them.
Guides are verified on the date shown on each page and re-checked when the sources change. If you find a figure that is out of date, write to us and we will fix it. For the services behind the guides, see the services index.
