Habicantón

Habicantón buys homes in the southern Guadalajara metro area —with Infonavit debt, in probate or vandalized—, renovates them and sells them to buyers using mortgage credit. We built its brand, its public website and the internal system the team uses to track every property from the first call to closing.

The problem

The business runs on two long, paperwork-heavy processes —acquiring a property along with its debt, and selling it to a buyer with mortgage credit— that were tracked in WhatsApp threads and loose spreadsheets. Each house has dozens of legal and renovation steps, and one forgotten item stalls the sale.

The solution

  • Brand identity and a public website built around the customer's two paths —"sell my house" and "find a home"— with direct WhatsApp contact.
  • Internal system with a status pipeline for every property, from acquisition to handover.
  • Documented business processes so the whole team works the same way.
  • Self-hosted site analytics, without handing visitor data to third parties.

The result

  • Website and internal system in operation, with the home inventory published online.
  • One dashboard to track every property instead of scattered conversations.
