Custom software, scoped and priced before we start
Internal tools, customer portals and SaaS products, built by the engineers you actually talk to. Written scope and fixed price before the first line of code, weekly releases, full US workday overlap from Guadalajara, and the code and accounts in your name.
MVP web or app (6–8 weeks): from $35,000
A custom software development company builds the system around your process instead of bending your team to an off-the-shelf tool. We scope the work with you, put the price in writing before we start, ship in weekly milestones you can test, and hand over the code, the accounts and the documentation. Fixed-scope MVPs start at $35,000.
Where companies get stuck
Typical situations (not client quotes)
- Our operation runs on spreadsheets and three SaaS tools that do not talk to each other.
- The agency that built it disappeared after launch, and nobody here can change it.
- Every quote we get is a different number for a different scope.
Off-the-shelf tools fit until the business grows past them. Then the hand-offs between tools become the places where orders, payments and customers slip, and someone on your team spends their week copying data from one screen to another.
The second problem is buying. Most quotes for custom software are hourly estimates with no fixed scope, so the number moves while you are already committed. We work the other way around: scope first, price in writing, then code.
What we do
A short discovery call, a written scope with a fixed price and milestones, then weekly releases to a staging environment you can open on your phone. The same senior engineer stays on your project from the first call to production, and you review every release before it goes live.
We build web platforms, internal tools, customer portals, real-time systems and multi-tenant SaaS, and we connect them to what you already run: payments, ERP, messaging, invoicing. See how we built a bilingual booking flow that never loses a payment and the platform we run ourselves.
- Discovery and a written scope with a fixed price
- UX and screen design before development
- Weekly releases you can test
- Integrations with the systems you already pay for
- Code, accounts, domains and infrastructure in your name
- Documentation, runbooks and a recorded handover
- Optional monthly support after launch

Three systems in production that we can name: a bilingual booking and payment flow for a transportation company, a brand, website and internal tracking system for a real estate buyer, and the local-business platform we build and operate ourselves.

Questions · Custom software
Who owns the code and the IP?
The repository, the cloud accounts and the domains are in your company's name from day one; code and IP ownership are set out in writing in the proposal and the contract.
How do you price custom software?
With a written scope and a fixed price before we start. MVPs start at $35,000 and multi-tenant SaaS at $90,000; the exact number depends on screens, integrations and compliance, and it is in the proposal, not in an hourly estimate.
What time zone do you work in?
From Guadalajara, Mexico, we work Miami hours, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, so your morning stand-up and your afternoon review both land inside our working day.
What technologies do you build with?
TypeScript end to end: Next.js and Node on the server, PostgreSQL with row-level security, Flutter for mobile and Swift when a native app is the right call. Infrastructure as code on the cloud account you choose.
Can we start smaller than a full project?
Yes. The architecture review is a one-week, $2,500 first step that ends with a written report and a fixed-price proposal for what comes next.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before we see anything confidential. If your company has its own agreement templates, send them; the terms we agree go in writing in the proposal and the contract.
What happens after launch?
You can run it yourself with the documentation we hand over, or keep us on a monthly support plan from $1,800 a month with a fixed number of hours and a response time in writing.
