Systems integration · ERP, payments, messaging, voice
Connect the systems you already pay for
Your ERP, your CRM, your payment processor and your customers' WhatsApp each work fine on their own. The money and the mistakes live in between: the order typed twice, the payment nobody matched, the status the customer had to call for. We build the connections, with reconciliation, so the systems agree without a person in the middle.
Architecture review (1 week): $2,500
ERP integration services connect your ERP to the other systems your company runs, through their official APIs, so a transaction is entered once and flows to accounting, payments, messaging and reporting on its own. We map the data, build the integration with retries and a reconciliation report, and keep your ERP as the source of truth. A one-week review for $2,500 comes first.
What a missing integration costs
Typical situations (not client quotes)
- Orders come in through the website, somebody retypes them into the ERP, and once a week two of them do not match.
- Payments land in the processor and someone matches them to invoices by hand at month end.
- Customers ask for status on WhatsApp and our team looks it up in two systems to answer.
- The vendor's connector covers half of what we need and the other half is a spreadsheet.
Every manual hand-off between systems is a cost and a risk: hours of retyping, errors in prices and customer data, payments that cannot be matched, and a month-end close that depends on one person. Off-the-shelf connectors cover the common case and stop at the first custom field.
The second failure is integrations built without reconciliation. They work until a webhook is missed or an API changes, and then nobody knows which records are out of sync. We treat the reconciliation report as part of the deliverable, not as a nice-to-have.
What we build
Integration services that read from and write to your systems through their official APIs: SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Odoo and other ERPs; HubSpot and Salesforce; Stripe, PayPal and card processors; WhatsApp Business API and email; voice through Twilio; freight systems such as Magaya and CargoWise; and Mexican e-invoicing when a transaction has to produce a CFDI. Every integration ships with retries, logging, alerts and a reconciliation report that shows what matched and what did not.
We build these for ourselves first. Our own platform brings card payments, WhatsApp Business API, voice and CFDI e-invoicing together over one data model (payments live, the rest built and in testing), and the bilingual booking flow we built for a transportation company, live in production, is an integration story first: no PayPal charge is ever left without its booking: the booking is saved before the charge and an automatic reconciliation closes the gaps.
- Data mapping between systems, documented
- Integration through official APIs, with retries, logging and alerts
- Webhooks and scheduled syncs, whichever each system supports
- Reconciliation report: what matched, what did not, who to tell
- WhatsApp Business API and email notifications triggered by system events
- Voice flows (Twilio) when customers still call
- Monitoring and a monthly support plan

How we work · Systems integration
Architecture review
One week. We inventory the systems, what their APIs expose on your plan, where the data disagrees today and what the integration has to guarantee.
1 week, $2,500
Mapping and scope
Field-by-field mapping, sync rules, failure handling and a fixed price in writing.
1 week
Build in stages
One integration at a time, read-only first, then writes, with the reconciliation report running from the first week.
4–8 weeks
Run
Monitoring, alerts and a monthly support plan for API changes and new fields.

Proof · Systems integration
A client booking system in production reconciles every payment to its booking automatically. On our own platform, card payments run live; WhatsApp, voice and e-invoicing are built and in testing.

Questions · Systems integration
Do you replace our ERP?
No. The ERP stays the system of record. We build the connections around it so the other systems read from it and write back to it through its official API.
Which systems do you integrate?
ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Odoo), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, card acquirers), WhatsApp Business API, email, Twilio voice, freight systems (Magaya, CargoWise) and Mexican CFDI e-invoicing. If yours has an API, we can usually connect it; the review confirms what your plan exposes.
How much does WhatsApp Business API integration cost?
It depends on what triggers the messages and what the customer can reply, so it is scoped after the review; most notification integrations fit in a few weeks of senior engineering at $65 an hour or inside a fixed-scope project. Meta's per-message fees are separate and paid by you.
What is reconciliation and why do you insist on it?
A report that compares records across systems and flags what does not match. Without it, an integration fails silently when a webhook is missed; with it, you see the exception the same day and know which record to fix.
Can you connect our freight system to our ERP?
Yes, through the API or exports of Magaya, CargoWise or similar, read-only first. For forwarders we usually pair the integration with a customer portal.
Can the integration issue Mexican invoices?
Yes. When a transaction in your ERP has to become a CFDI 4.0, we build that step as part of the integration; the details are on the Mexico e-invoicing page.
How long does an integration take?
Four to eight weeks after the one-week review for most ERP or payment integrations, built in stages with the reconciliation report running from the start. The plan is in the fixed-price proposal.
