Booking and payments · Miami and South Florida
Booked on WhatsApp in Spanish, paid online in dollars
Transportation companies, boutique hotels, short-term rental operators, tour and event businesses: your customers ask for a price on WhatsApp, you answer by hand, and the deposit arrives as a screenshot. We build the booking site that quotes, takes the payment and confirms, in Spanish and English, and never leaves a charge without its reservation.
Booking and payments MVP (6–8 weeks): from $35,000
A bilingual booking website lets customers choose a service, see a price calculated from your rules, pay a deposit or the full amount in US dollars and get a confirmation, in Spanish or English, with no back-and-forth on WhatsApp. We build it around your pricing, calendar and payment processor, saving the reservation before any charge. From $35,000.

Typical situations (not client quotes)
- Every quote is a WhatsApp conversation. Price, date, how many people, which car. Then they disappear.
- The deposit comes by Zelle with a screenshot, and someone has to match it to the booking.
- Airbnb takes its cut from us now, and our repeat guests still book through them because our site cannot take a payment.
- Our customers write in Spanish. Our booking plugin only speaks English.
Miami sells to two languages and two currencies at once. The customer in Bogotá wants the price in a number they understand, in the language they write in, on their phone, and they want to pay now so the date is theirs. The business wants the money confirmed before a driver, a room or a boat is committed.
Generic booking plugins do one language, one price list and one currency, and they treat payment as someone else's problem. The gap between “how much?” and “paid and confirmed” is where bookings and deposits get lost.
What we build
A booking flow on your own site, in Spanish and English, with a pricing engine that applies your rules: route or zone, vehicle or room type, dates and nights, number of guests, round trips, night surcharges, extras, promo codes, taxes. The customer sees the price, pays a deposit or the full amount through your processor, and gets a confirmation and a receipt. You get an admin where every reservation, payment and change is in one place, and a WhatsApp or email notification when something is booked.
We built exactly this for a private transportation company: a bilingual 6-step booking flow that charges in USD and MXN with live PayPal. The part that matters is what you do not see: no PayPal charge is ever left without its booking: the booking is saved before the charge and an automatic reconciliation closes the gaps. The case is public, with the client's permission. For a general view of how we price and deliver fixed-scope work, see custom software development.

Questions · Bilingual booking and payments
Can customers pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes. The deposit rule is yours: a fixed amount, a percentage or the full price depending on the service or the date. The balance can be charged later from the same reservation.
Which payment processors do you work with?
PayPal and Stripe are the usual choice in Miami; we can also connect your current card acquirer. Charges land in your account, and the reservation is saved before the charge so nothing is ever orphaned.
Does it work in Spanish and English?
Yes, every screen, email and WhatsApp message. The customer picks the language or we detect it; prices can be shown in US dollars with the local currency alongside.
Can it replace Airbnb or Booking for our repeat guests?
It gives your repeat guests a direct way to book and pay you, under your brand. Whether you keep the marketplaces for new guests is your call; the direct channel is yours either way.
How complicated can the pricing rules be?
As complicated as your business. We have built engines that combine route or zone, vehicle type, round trips, night surcharges, highway tolls, extras, promo codes and conditional taxes, calculating in two currencies at once.
What does a bilingual booking website cost?
From $35,000 for a fixed-scope build of six to eight weeks, booking flow, pricing engine, payments and admin included. The exact price is in the written scope after the call.
What hours do you work?
The full South Florida business day: we work Miami hours, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern.
How many quotes did you answer on WhatsApp this week that never paid?
Book a call. We will walk you through the booking flow we built and tell you what yours would take.
